BUY TICKETS AT KIRSTENJONES.COM or call KRU at (416) 699-6091 Not only is this my birthday, but it’s a kick-off for a tour of United Churches across Canada. Why church venues? The best venues have been theatres, festivals, churches and coffeehouses for my brand of folk/roots/Americana music. My family has been personally affected by the warmth and the welcoming atmosphere of United Churches, and Affirm United in particular is a calling for me, as I want to support churches everywhere who have an open door policy for people of all ranges of human diversity. In fact, my overall message is one of inclusion and acceptance, so attendees are certainly not limited to Christians or any other group. Being a music fan is the only requirement!
